The affects of Monarch Programming and the devastating abuse victims are put through can be described as uncomprehendable. Yet, Mk Ultra mind control is currently occurring to millions of people worldwide. Victims are put through abuse no human being should ever have to endure, victims are being left to battle the trauma without support from the justice or the medical system. Victims are abused in a dehumanising manner often finding themselves isolated from the community with a lack of support from the regular governmental resources such as counselling services. Due to the extreme and organised nature of victimisation this can result in disbelief but also participation from fellow community members.
Those victimised often have to come to terms with the fact that their system of governance is involved in the organisation and participation of their torture, this can leave one feeling not only alone but unsafe, often character defamation is followed to ensure the victims silence. In many cases a false diagnosis of mental illness will be included in the victims programming in hopes their voice may never be taken seriously and the perpetrators may go about their crimes unscathed of prosecution. The torture that occurs for programming is often highly organised, often there is very few boundaries to the barbarize techniques used to meet the required agenda.
In our modernised world with the use of technology especially biomedical medicine and the implementation and experimentation of nanotechnology in our health sectors, this is now posing a threat to the escalation of the severity to the mind control threat on specifically selected monarch victims. This technology can be inserted and activated inside the physical vessel which can increase the affects and severe nature of torture which can result in the use of external weaponry systems such as Directed Energy Weapons that can be remotely used from a different premises that the victim resides making it very difficult for evidence and recollection of events that are occurring to the person suffering. This can also result in the use of electro shock via remote weaponry such as electromagnetic weapons and inserted biomedical devices that can enhance the internal and neurological manipulations used to program the individual. Once nanotechnology is within the biological system of the host this can be manipulated externally from these types of weaponry systems, this is how the electro shock can take place remotely and the internal manipulation of organs such as the heart and brain occurs. New artificial pathways can be created with the invasion of this artificial technology also described as nanotechnology, the uses of such technologies is now currently being experimented on in the medical industry. Emphasising the concern in such advances and uses of technologies to humanity and the continuation of our organic way of life including evolution itself.

Families and lives of victims are being destroyed unlawfully and against every humanitarian right including laws involving common and international protocol, these victims are selected for certain personality and genetic qualities, for these trauma based mind control programs. The programs are designed to slowly break down the will, personality and consciousness of a person until the required monarch slave programming is achieved, this all involves dehumanising abuse that is unnatural to the human psyche. The circumstances that selected individuals are forced to live through are cruel extremities that can push an individual to their breaking point, this can occur numerous times causing fractures in the mind from the extreme and persistent torture, thus making the mind more vulnerable and susceptible to programming and altered personalities. This is the organised structure that makes up MK Ultra mind control programming, the organisation of staged trauma and abuse.
We as a society have been addressed to believe Mk Ultra programming is no longer active however, this is not true it is highly functional and actively being carried out on numerous people around the globe. It is important for civilians to become aware of such atrocities so we can support victims who are oppressed into silence in order for justice and freedom to occur. Education through informative research and discussions will play a key factor in the resolution of this issue along with listening to victims survival stories.
